Jemima was born about 1806 in Portsmouth, Hampshire to James WILLIAMS and Sarah. She married William BULL on 14 March 1826 at Brading on the Isle of Wight. They had three children between 1831 and 1841. When she was widowed on 3 June 1842, when the family were living at Alpha Place, Andover, Hampshire At the 1861 census she was described as a laundress living at Oakfield near Ryde, Isle of Wight. By the time of the 1871 census she had moved to a Cottage at the rear of 26 George Street, Ryde and was a housekeeper. Jemima died in April 1878 and was buried on 27 April 1878 at St. Helens, Isle of Wight.
