    Ann Rebecca was born on 1 June 1843 at Whippingham, Cowes, Isle of Wight to Henry Alfred VINCENT and Francis 'Fanny' MOODY and Baptised on 25 June 1843.

    When she married George BULL on 18 June 1871 at Holy Trinity Parish Church, Ryde, Isle of Wight, she was employed in domestic service as a cook to the Dashwood family. She had six children between 1872 and 1883.

    In 1881 they were living at St Augustine, Ashey Road, Ryde, Isle of Wight but by 1891 had moved to 35 Albert Street, Ryde where, she remained after Georges death in 1903.

    In 1925, according to her grandson William George WILLIAMS, she was living in Warwick Street, Ryde. Some time after that she moved to Arthur Street to be with her daughter Anne.

    Ann Rebecca died in 1934 on the Isle of Wight.
